Rokan Hilir suaramassa.co.id – Beberapa waktu lalu, dua rumah milik Hasim dan Antoro yang berada di Jalan Purwodadi, Kepenghuluan Bagan Punak Meranti, Kecamatan Bangko, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir (Rohil) hangus terbakar dilalap sijago merah.
Mengetahui ada warganya yang menjadi korban kebakaran rumah, Wakil Bupati Rohil H Sulaiman SS MH secara langsung mengunjungi para korban dan memberikan bantuan, Rabu (31/5/2023).
Kedatangan Wabup mendapat sambutan hangat dari kedua korban kebakaran dan masyarakat setempat. Wabup yang didampingi Kadis Sosial, Kadis Perkim Budi Mulia, Camat Bangko Aspri Mulya, Baznas, Wakil ketua PKK Sari Eka Rahmi dan berbagai unsur lainnya tersebut secara langsung meninjau puing-puing rumah yang terbakar.
“Alhamdulillah hari ini kita mengunjungi para korban rumah terbakar untuk melihat secara langsung dan memberikan bantuan. Dimana, ada 2 rumah yang terbakar dan satu rumah terdampak,” kata Wabup H Sulaiman.
Wabup juga turut menyampaikan bela sungkawa atas musibah yang menimpa para korban dan meminta agar para korban senantiasa tabah dan sabar atas cobaan yang diberikan allah swt.
Bantuan berupa sembako dan peralatan yang diberikan lanjut Wabup, berasal dari Dinas Sosial dan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) Kabupaten Rohil. Wabup berharap, bantuan yang diberikan dapat meringankan beban para korban kebakaran rumah.
“Jangan dilihat dari nilainya. Namun, inilah sebagai bentuk perhatian kita dari pemerintah daerah. Semoga kedepan masyarakat lebih berhati-hati agar kebakaran rumah tidak terjadi lagi,” pungkasnya.
